Atga: Pushing for free and fair elections

Deputy Chairman of the Antigua & Barbuda Electoral Commission Bruce Goodwin is pretty miffed at Rick James of the Free and Fair Election League. Temper, temper, Bruce. C'mon man, don't you want elections without voter fraud? Or, did you live in Illinois, where the Democrats like to vote early and often?
The SUN contacted James, who said the circulation of the flyer was part of a campaign to gain public support to persuade the Electoral Commission to introduce the use of the machine at the polling stations during the elections.
...
James continued: "They (the commission) are saying that the fingerprint on the card is there to satisfy the requirement of the law. We are saying that the fingerprint is there to identify the elector. You have a situation where the law is saying that a person is unable to make their signature, and then their thumbprint alone will be placed on the card. The question is how do you know that the thumbprint is for the person who made it, since it is in lieu of a signature."

Answer that, Chairman Godwin.
