"Trinidad Prime Minister Patrick Manning said yesterday he did not think Prime Minister Owen Arthur has labelled him a liar for his comments on the current fishing dispute between Trinidad and Tobago and Barbados.

"He said he would speak to Arthur on the issue, but was not getting into a public squabble with him on it."
