DR: One man, one vote

Now, it would be refreshing if Democrats in this country could be introduced to this system, especially those in Illinois (vote early and often; dead people vote) and Florida (do they even know how to vote out there?). Republicans have to keep their eyes peeled cuz Democrats are going to try to steal the election again, in spite of (or, perhaps even because of) their lack of success in 2000.
