Gya: Just criminal!

THE seven month pregnant mother, Sarjoo, 18, of Lusignan, East Coast Demerara who was set alight by her husband is still a patient of the Burn Unit, Georgetown Hospital Corporation (GPHC), and is listed in a critical condition; today doctors will try to remove the dead fetus from the womb.

On Monday Sarjoo was allegedly set alight by her 18-year-old husband during a domestic confrontation. Reports are that he poured kerosene on her he struck the match igniting the flames that engulfed her.

After the incident Sarjoo's husband's was arrested but later put on $50,000 bail and released.

Apparently the Guyanese judiciary believes that jail is too good for this guy.
