Ja: Not just a country but a brand

Individuals outside of the island, as well as other countries using the name "Jamaica" to produce goods for an unfair advantage in the marketplace, are now liable for prosecution under the Geographical Indication (GI) Law of 2004.

The Jamaica Intellectual Property Office (JIPO), established by the Ministry of Commerce and Technology, will actively police and prosecute persons passing off fakes as Jamaican- made goods.

I wonder what is the definition of "unfair advantage"? Manufacturers, prepare to brace the kitty!
