T&T: Afraid of the cat

Looks like criminals in T&T are getting soft these days. Long time, when a man got jailed with strokes from the cat o' nine tails, he used to take the cat like a man. I mean, if he was man enough to do the crime, he should be man enough to take the cat without whining. Right? Not these modern criminals, boy.
