Hti: You have the right to demonstrate without fear or hindrance

Thousands of supporters of former Haitian President Jean Bertrand Aristide demonstrated peacefully, on Friday protesting what they say was his forceful removal from power. The protests came as a seven-member council was named which will have the task of selecting a new prime minister for Haiti.

Thousands of Haitian supporters of former President Jean-Bertrand Aristide poured out of the Port-au-Prince slums to march around the country's National Palace and past the U.S. and French embassies. The demonstrators chanted anti-U.S. slogans at impassive Marines guarding the palace and the embassy before dispersing.
Don't you love it when people can do things like this without having thugs beat or shoot them? I wonder what kind of slogans they shouted at Aristide when their children got intestinal worms from drinking filthy water?
