U.S.: Why we MUST fight and NEVER surrender

From Stefan Sharkansky at Oh, That Liberal Media. This is what Islamists have to offer us.

If by their deeds you shall know them, then the deeds of the thugs demonstrate that they worship a demon.

So far, no Arab leader, no Muslim imam, ayatollah, maulana, sheik, or grand vizir no where, no place on this great God's earth -- either in the Mid East, Europe, Asia, Americas, Caribbean, South Pacific, nowhere -- has stepped forward to condemn the slaughter of Nick Berg.

Nobody has stepped forward to condemn terrorism.

Nobody has stepped forward to apologize to the U.S. and to the Berg family for this atrocity committed in the name of Allah.

Nobody has stepped forward to declare that jihad is wrong.

Nobody has stepped forward to say that they're ashamed that such could happen in the name of the IoP.

Nobody has stood up like a man and said anything.

The legal maxim is silence betokens consent. I must conclude that nobody has said anything because everybody consents to this atrocity.

UPDATE: I found this at Northeast Intelligence Network.

I checked the Arabic forums to try and try and gauge the reaction to Zarqawi’s actions. There was one posting from a jihadi who had mixed feelings about the killing, and asking for validation that it was in fact in accordance with Islamic law. It was quickly answered with a flurry of postings citing fatwas and sunnah validating the act as being something not just allowed under Islam, but demanded by Allah.

The other postings were even worse. Here is a short list of some of the comments:
-- Abu Mus'ab Alzrqawy carries out his work in a wonderful way [This is especially noteworthy because Zarqawy is noted for the brutality and bloodiness of his deeds.]

-- Allah is the greatest, Nik Berg, the American citizen, who cut his head in Iraq, is a Jew

-- These will please your eyes with these pictures of the neck of the apostate being cut

-- A glory that shook the tyrant’s thrones by what our hands did!!
Clearly the jihadis had no problem with killing an American civilian.
As I said, the legal maxim is silence betokens consent. Here, more than that, we have vocal [scribal] approval.

The problem, as I have discovered, Jane, is with my browser, Safari. Today I had cause to open IE and voila, there you were, looking very fine indeed.

Yes, the pix is gross. For me, the value is not to shock, but to rouse, to remind, to keep us all vigilant. They that do this represent the monster that we face; the monster we must vanquish.

Why we must never give in. What constitutes givng in? Acquiesence, yes, is giving in. What about doing or saying nothing? Could that be "giving in?"

Muslims that say nothing about this and other atrocities are giving their tacit approval, and perhaps, so are non-Muslims that say and do nothing.

Look around you. You will see a creeping Islamization of your society that will eventually engulf you. At that time you, too, might lose your head to a jihadist while in your own country. Only you can prevent such an atrocity from happening.

Don'[t be silent and don't give in.
