Cçao: Somebody's using the product

CURAÇAO — The Dutch minister of Justice, Piet Hein Donner, wants to avoid that Antilleans sentenced in The Netherlands can’t return to the Antilles after they are released from prison. As a solution he proposed for the Antillean government to grant the drug couriers who want to return to their country a loan. 

According to the CDA-minister this goes to show that drug couriers are solely responsible for their actions and should therefore carry the consequences thereof. He wrote this in a letter to the regular Chamber committee for Justice dated June 15.
