Blz: Democracy is alive and well in Belize

Chief Elections Officer, of Belize, Myrtle Palacio is doing her best to ensure that Belizeans know "their rights and roles in the electoral process." She's published a book to educate Belizean voters because she believes that "the job of the Elections and Boundaries Department goes well beyond counting ballots."

Now, if only Democrats here in the U.S. would do the same.
