D'ca: Creamed breadfruit pie recipe

Ingredients
1 mature breadfruit
Ѕ pint evaporated milk
2 ozs. margarine
salt and pepper and carrots
1 tin peas and carrots
Dash of garlic salt
Breadcrumbs

Method
Boil breadfruit in salted water. Mash while still hot. Heat milk and margarine. Add salt and pepper. Beat into crushed breadfruit to a creamy consistency. Line a greased pie dish with half of the mixture. Pour peas and carrots into a line dish. Sprinkle salt. Cover with breadcrumbs.
Bake in a moderate oven for 15 minutes.

You give it a shot. I like breadfruit, but prefer it in a good oil down with pig-tails, dasheen bush, and pepper. Yummm!!!
