Dominica's new Prime Minister before OECS

Roosevelt Skerrit, who assumed the PM's mantle in Dominica upon the death of PM Pierre Charles in January, met with other OECS PMs at the OECS Heads of Government opening ceremony. "OECS is a grouping of the nine Member States of Antigua/Barbuda, Anguilla, the British Virgin Islands, Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat, St. Kitts/Nevis, St. Lucia, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines."
