Gya: Fantasies of Chavez

Can and should anybody in business or politics be this naive? This is Edward Boyer, president of the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Chavez has so much compassion for the poor that Venezuela is being run into the ground in his bid turn the country into a mirror of Cuba.
