Vzla: Military officers not a terrorist threat

The FBI (news - web sites) told The Herald on Tuesday that two Venezuelan military officers, accused by their government of being involved in bombings at two diplomatic missions in Caracas, are not considered terrorist threats.

I wonder how the FBI really knows this, fer sher. They can't even get their thumbs out of their butts to provide the U.S. with reliable and timely terrorist information. Why should they be believed when they clear the two Venezuelan officers?
