Vzla: OPEC may reduce production

One wonders if OPEC is attempting to determine the outcome of the U.S. presidential election.

Venezuela's energy minister said Wednesday that the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries may cut production again at its next meeting in March if prices fall from current levels.

"If it is needed, we will cut," said energy minister Rafael Ramirez.
