St. Maart: Give 'em senna and salts

Dutch Justice Minister Piet-Hein Donner is not in favour of setting free drug couriers with "bolitas" in their systems, even though the Court has determined that these individuals can't remain incarcerated.

The Minister's reaction comes after a ruling by the Court in the Dutch city of Haarlem earlier this week that people who have swallowed bolitas can't be kept in custody and should be set free because those with less than three kilograms of drugs won't be prosecuted anyway.
