St. Lca: Can't trust those pro-government Caribbean judges

Attorney Martinous Francois says he has mixed feelings about the judgment handed down on the Rochamel issue by the court of appeal. He says he has always been skeptical about Caribbean Judges when it comes to cases against government that are political in nature. He says this latest ruling by the court of appeal will not deter him from taking this matter to the higher level which is the Privy Council.

Mr.Francios says he is off too England in a few days in an effort to resolve this matter at the earliest convenience. He says he does not believe that the Prime Minister can be fully vindicated by the judgment of the Court of appeal. He says the only decision that can truly vindicate the Government is that of the Privy Council.
