Bhms: Count with me! 189, 190, 190, 190, 190!

Police Acting Assistant Basil Collie told Drug Inquiry Commissioners Thursday that 190 was the correct number of drug packages seized from the Motor Vessel Lorequin 12 years ago, and the figure of 193 was probably due to a miscount during a "chaotic and uncontrolled" situation at the Royal Bahamas Defence Force Base.

Asked concerning previous testimony by an RBDF officer that he had, "without thinking", changed an official receipt showing 193 packages to 190 to correlate with the count after the contraband was transferred to the police Drug Storage House, Mr Collie said he could not provide an answer.

In his testimony, Mr Collie defended the credibility of the officers involved, telling the Drug Commission that it was "impossible" for any of the drugs to go missing while in police custody.
Send the RBDF back to kindergarten to learn to count.
