U.S. Terror 'Navy" Raises Alarm
Apparently Bin Laden has purchased and outfitted at least fifteen ships for the purpose of terrorizing the high seas. Perhaps they will target ships re-supplying the U.S. Navy, or they may go after oil tankers, and even "critical seaports." Arabic language websites are carrying threats to "attack ships carrying strategic materials for the U.S. military."
Concerns have been raised regarding the militarized pirate organizations that have stopped ships on the high seas to only "practice steering," and "leaving ships accompanied by the captains." "Wild assumptions" have been made about these and other activities.
There is no clear answer at this time as to how to protect ships from terror attacks on the high seas.
