Cuba: Somebody has a wicked sense of irony

The extension of the 13th International Book Fair from Havana to 33 other Cuban cities through March 7 will also be "an expression of our people’s culture, celebrations of spirit and freedom all over the country," declared Ricardo Alarcón at the closing ceremony of the Havana edition yesterday.
