Gya: American cocaine mule busted

A 29-year-old American was yesterday busted at the Cheddi Jagan International Airport, Timehri, attempting to smuggle around four kilogrammes of cocaine in ceramic vases.

Members of the Customs Anti-Narcotics Unit (CANU) busted the man as he attempted to board a flight bound for the United Kingdom via Barbados.
