Gya: New friendly relations with Venezuela

The positive thing to come out of the Jagdeo-Chavez talks is the possibility of road links and ferry service between Guyana and the rest of South America. The danger is that Venezuela, which has always reached for its neighbors' territory, will use the new links to Guyana's disadvantage.
