Gya: Not surprised by this one

Meanwhile, Guyana's border controversy with Venezuela is expected to be one of the issues on the agenda when Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez arrives for a one-day visit tomorrow. The controversy has affected oil and natural gas exploration in Essequibo.

Chavez is in a really tight khaki pants with the "double planned spending on government agricultural and social programs" which will be subsidized by the state-owned oil company. No wonder Venezuela is casting longing eyes at it's neighbor's property. But then, Venezuela has ever done thus to its neighbors.
