Hti: US pragmatism on Haiti

This is not admirable at all. The Bush administration needs to have the moonbats at Foggy Bottom get on the same page with the Administration in order for there to be consistency in the attitude to democracy around the globe. It is quite likely that the State Department is saying and doing as it wants, contrary to Bush administration policy. It wouldn't be the first time the State Dep't has done something that created the impression that the tail (State) was wagging the dog (the Administration).
