Ja: A Mardi-gras like Carnival wanted

Jamaicans have to be kidding! If they really want an all inclusive, rip-roaring, and creative Carnival, they should look south to Trinidad and not north to New Orleans, which has a Baby Carnival.

Never mind that mas and its financing is changing in T&T, there is much the old mas men down there can teach Jamaica about keeping costume costs low. Ever heard of making your own costume?
