Jamaica's juggling act

Jamaica's "Finance Minister Dr. Omar Davies and the Joint Confederation of Trade Unions are putting together a Memorandum of Understanding" to climb out of the fiscal hole in which Jamaica finds itself. Jamaica is running a $36.2 billion deficit.

It will be interesting to see what concessions the unions make.
