Pnma: Colombian drug lord nabbed and deported to U.S.

Colombian drug lord Henao Montoya, aka “El Mocho,” was arrested and swiftly extradited to the U.S. A bilateral US-Panamanian anti-drug treaty permits summary extradition of drug suspects, caught in Panama, who are citizens of a third-country. The treaty allows the extradition to be accomplished without the intervention of the Panamanian court.
