T&T: Digital fingerprint scans from Feb. 18

The U.S. Embassy in Port of Spain will commence with digital fingerprint scans for non-immigrant visa applications beginning February 18, and the requirement will not be retroactive. Children under 13, adults over 80, diplomats and officials on state business, and documented medical emergency travellers are exempt from the fingerprint requirements.
