PR: Stiff competition

Puerto Rico is competing with "Miami; Atlanta; Chicago; Colorado Springs, Colo.; and Houston in the United States; Cancun and Puebla in Mexico; Puerto España [Port of Spain] in Trinidad & Tobago; and Panama City in Panama" to have the permanent headquarters of the Free Trade Agreement of the Americas (FTAA) situated in that country.
