VI: New Medicare law to VI -- bend over!

The state director of AARP Virgin Islands said Friday the territory "really got shafted" by the new Medicare law - specifically, in terms of help for low-income seniors and disabled persons during a transitional period until the new Medicare prescription drug benefit goes into effect.
