This year’s festival was launched last Friday at the Banks/Cable & Wireless Cavalcade, and celebrations continued in St John, the home parish of the Tune-Of-The-Crop winner and Party Monarch king, Li’l Rick, aka Chihuahua Business Man, aka Hypa Dawg.
