Cay: Coming soon -- Caymanian idol!

Aspiring musicians, singers, dancers and comedians in the Cayman Islands will have a chance to display their talents to a mass audience this summer as Cable & Wireless presents Star Quest, Cayman’s version of the popular FOX television show American Idol.

Although organisers are holding back with details of the competition, it has been revealed that the contest will be open to anyone between the age of 13 and 28, and that auditions will take place in George Town, West Bay, East End, North Side and Cayman Brac with the winners advancing to the finals which will be broadcast live on CITN.
