Cay: Bomb threat review

The recent bomb threat scare on the cruise ship Carnival Victory, that sparked a multi-agency response, involving law enforcement and other key agencies, will become the main topic of discussion when these agencies meet on Wednesday, 19 May.
...
The agencies that will be represented at the debriefing will include: Police, immigration, fire services, 911-emergency, ambulance and medical response team, port authority, customs/police marine task force and GIS (Media Representative).
Terrorist need to get lucky only once. That's something we all need to remember, especially with the farce of the 9/11 Commission "investigations" going on.
