Hti: Potentially dangerous

WASHINGTON (AP) -- The State Department reminded Americans on Tuesday that the security situation in Haiti remains "unpredictable and potentially dangerous."

A department travel warning said American citizens should defer travel to the Caribbean nation even though its political situation is more stable than during an upheaval three months ago.
