Cuba - Americans Still Traveling to Cuba

In spite of the tough restrictions to deny Castro hard currency, Americans are flaunting the law by traveling to Cuba through Canada, Mexico ,or the Bahamas.

The new restrictions have angered many Cuban Americans that previously could visit the island every year to take goods and hard currency to their relatives. Some changes are harder to take. Now they may visit the island once in three years and are limited to the goods and the amount of money that can be spent or given to relatives. Previously cash passed through official hands to facilitate an action. This is no longer permitted.

It's a test of will.
