Cçao: No to husband and ???

CURAÇAO — The island territory will not recognize the marriage between two men who were married in The Netherlands and have meanwhile moved to Curaçao. This notwithstanding the advice given last August by the president of The Netherlands' Superior Court and the attorney general, stating that the marriage is considered valid within the entire Kingdom and should thus be recognized.
As with syllogisms, validity only means that all the pieces are in place, but says nothing about whether their contents are right. The case is still pending and will be decided on June 14.
