U.S.: 'Puter update

Well, Apache 2 and PHP 5 are up and running, and I can enter the 127.0.0.1 testing IP address and see pages with a .php suffix. Bliss, pure bliss!

MySQL is also running, but the big question is 'where is the backup of my databases?' Who wants to re-enter all that info?

The fun part of this is that I've learnt enough of how to configure Apache, PHP, and MySQL to take down the system and get it running again without losing hair or having more of it go grey.

Going to put in a couple more hours working on the page, then will blog before I hit the bed at whatever time.
