U.S. Club Med Sued Over Resort Built on Exile's Property

Did Club Med violate the U.S. Trading With the Enemy Act by building and operating a facility on confiscated land?
A 95-year-old Cuban exile sued the French resort chain Club Med Thursday for building and operating a luxury hotel on Cuban beach property she says was seized from her family in Fidel Castro's communist revolution.

The resort has been sold to the Grupo Pinero, a Spanish hotel firm, that also will be sued. What will happen next?
